We love the bar stools. Great quality and the stools are just are expected from the description and pictures. Found a lower price the next day on a different website and this site MATCHED the lower price as they promised. Delivery was sooner than we expected. Customer service was great. There were acouple of scratches on one stool. Instructions on line say to inspect all packages when delivered BUT the stools came all packaged and the driver was not interested in waiting until we unpacked ...

Buyer Beware! when buying from mybarstools.com aka onewayfurniture.com and/or Hillsdale Bar Stools. I should have known by the actual name (onewayfurniture) that there\'d be problems. We are quite remote, so you are in trouble if you get damaged furniture (which we did - one of the bar stools had what appeared to be knife cuts across the back side of one chair that someone had tried to cover up with stain that didn\'t even match the stain on the chair). I could not believe that any decent ...

The counter stools were even better than we expected. You cannot appreciate how sturdy the chairs are by viewing online. The craftmanship was very high quality. Our only disappointment was the cost at about $50 more then an other merchant who was sold out. JZ in MI.

Fedex has problem find our location, because mybarstools.com put down for residential are delivery instead of commercial delivery, even I put down company name on the buyer's information setion. So, my package was delay for 3 days, not untill I called Fedex to notified them that this was a commecial delivery not a resident delivery.

It was going to take over a month to deliver the chair I ordered. I only discovered this in an email update they sent to me. I ended up having to cancel the order and lost 10 days in the waiting process for not.

Poor customer service, cannot speak with representative. They DO NOT stand behind products sold. Received defective merchandise, and they argue with you over returning and attempt to charge restocking fees even for something received defective, no fault of consumer but nevertheless it is made to be the customer\\'s problem.

We are very happy with our purchase. I saw the same barstool on a "high end" website asking $400 each, and here I was able to buy the SAME THING for only $229 and free shipping! The only minor problem I had, was when the shipping company called to schedule a delivery time, the office assistant left a message to call back, but only said 3 numbers and then hung up. I had to do some follow up to find a number to call them back. The furniture was delivered quickly after that.

They seem to be very well made. The whole process was quick. The cushion sare firm and sturdy. the price seems fair . I would order from this company again.
