The price for the product was great and it was shipped very fast! That was the end of the good news. Wrong item shipped and company would not own up to mistake even tho it was proven to be their fault. I had to pay shipping back to them as well as shipping back to me for the correct part. Customer service was the worst I have experienced! BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered a this tow hitch for my Murano and didn't read the fine print. it does say the one in the photo my vary from the one recieved, and it did. I am still satisfied with my product and will use this company again. but I would like an auctall photo that reprsents the item that I will be receiving.
