I purchased two personal flag for my son\'s graduation. The flags were better than I expected. The pictures were clear and colorful. I received them right on schedule. The overall experience was terriffic. I have recommended the merchant to others and I plan to make future purchases.

Placed an order on 04-08-09 and almost immediately sent the company an email stating that I wanted it cancelled. Also tried calling the customer service number, and no one ever answered the phone. I left a message and did not get a response. Today (04-09-09), I got an email stating that the package was shipped. They ignored my emails and messages. What type of customer service is this? I will be refusing this package and will be disputing my charge with the credit card company. Awful experience. ...

Despite a minor glitch in my package being shipped to the wrong person/address, I am definitely happy with Flags On a Stick. I have orderd from them in the past and I plan to order from them again in the future. Their customer service representative was friendly and helpful. It was more like talking to my neighbor next door than to a company person. The prices are reasonable and the products are quality items. I\\'ll be a return customer for sure.
