Direct Chairs saved me a bunch of money. The Mayline 24 hour big and tall chair is a great chair, but if the cylinder goes bad, it is an extremely hard fix and Mayline will just send you the part. The website did not post enough information about the adjustable seat height, so I had to call the merchant twice about that and finally got the information I needed from the manufacturer. Otherwise, this merchant was great to do business with. The chair is well-designed and is just as it appears on the website. I ended up paying $30 more than anticipated, because the sale price posted on the site had expired, but it was worth it. They did contact me to explain this discrepancy, prior to ...

Got a great chair at the best price I could find on the internet. The order took a an extra day to process, but I had the chair three days after it was shipped. A quality chair, at a great price, and free shipping was an amazing offer.

The chair arrived when it was supposed to. It was somewhat difficult to line up the screw holes. But when that was done (took two people to push and aligne the screw holes)it was fairly easy to get the screws in tight. I used a cordless drill and the screws were in place and tight in a flash. All in all, it was fairly easy to get the chair together. I'm a big guy, and ordered this "big & tall" chair because I have had too many office chairs fall apart after only a few months of service.
