the food that i had purchased in the can were moldly and very fowl smell. the bag of glider food that they sent me was full of bugs, ants and nasty little bugs. it took me two weeks to figure out that the dry food that i paid $37.00 was causing these little bugs. i thought i was giong crazy for a while. until i stuck my hand in the bag. i am not happy with this company at all and i also informed my credit card company to dispute the charges that was charge for these products.

You guys were great in response! I had an issue with delivery, (Not stores fault. Post offices fault.), and If I hadnt e-mailed and asked questions, my delivery wouldve gotten sent back! You guys knew more about my package than I did! Anyway, Exotic Nutrition was right on top of the situation and the help was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be purchasing from you again! I have ordered the Timothy Hay Bales from ENC and I am VERY happy with their services. The only thing that is a bother for me is the shipping costs, but I expect to have a higher shipping cost due to the fact that we live at an APO address and the products have to be shipped overseas. The shipping is very fast, I usually recieve the order within 7 days of ordering. I love that!!! I would recommend anyone to ENC becuase they are very good with their customer service and getting back on emails ...
