I have been a loyal customer for several years, however, after the experience I just had I will never order from them again! I received several flyers regarding an upcoming Radko signing event and to "reserve your ornament now...you will not be charged until it is signed and shipped". However, I placed my order and the next day I got an email stating my item had shipped. I called the store and they told me I should have told them I wanted it signed. Purchased a wedding gift. 18 piece dinner setting. This had to been shipped to Austrailia. This had to get there on time and in one piece. Can only say : Excellent! All the way from placing the order to delivery via USPS. Best wishes of Boca gave me the best price and the finest service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased two items from this site on February 12, 2009. I called in early April to see why I had not received my items; one item was still on back order so I cancelled one item. On April 6, 2009 I received my item which was not the same as the one advertised on the site. I emailed my concern and was told "it was correct" I emailed again with a photo of the incorrect item and was once again was told "it was correct". The item arrived FAST. It was well packaged (the item was very fragile). I chose their standard shipping option and recd it in 3 days, they obviously process orders ASAP. I called with a question and a REAL PERSON answered the phone. None of this press 1 for english stuff. Will order from them again.

I placed my order on November 28 and still do not have it. It is now December 12. I called Best Wishes of Boca. Apparently, they only place the order with the manufacturer when they get the order. So I have to wait until the manufacturer ships to them and then they ship to me.

I am fairly new to internet shopping. After I placed my order for some china for a Christmas gift, I realized I had ordered the wrong pieces. I contacted Customer Service and was immediately informed that they could make any corrections on their end. I then saw that I had made another error and was ready to cancel the order and re-submit, but Customer Service again advised me that they could take care of it, and send me a revised confirmation.
