Loved this store! My item was on back order, but I was promptly contacted by customer service and told my item would be shipped within a week. Item shipped within that week and arrived 2 days later. Overall, great experience. I will definitely shop here in the future.

Having only purchased from the website a handful of times, I can report that each & every experience has been a positive one. I am skeptical when I order facial products online, but I felt I was given high priority when I had specific questions about the BeeCeuticals Line. The customer service was very prompt and accurate. This merchant provides safer choices for parents who are purchasing organic and nontoxic products for their children -- products I have a hard time finding in my local area. My family has been appreciative on more than one occasion when we\\'ve been able to not only find what we are looking for from This, That and Other Things but receive them in a timely fashion.

my only complaint was that I bought this as a gift and clearly wrote my name and address as purchaser adn my friend\\'s name and address as teh recipient of the gift adn yet subsequent emails to me use my friend\\'s name and so that made me very nervous about whether the gift would go to the right address, which it did.
