The post office totally destroyed my package and damaged my order, but when I contacted detourgearzone about it, they went out of their way to help. They replaced my order and shipped it out immediately. I even got a call that night from detourgearzone making sure that my package arrived. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend detourgearzone to anyone.

I received a call promptly after placing my order on-line. I had ordered two of a certain item. They informed me that they only had one in stock and that the product was no longer being made, so they did not expect to get more in stock. They gave me the option of canceling the order or reducing the quantity. I chose the second option and the items shipped that same day. I consider this very good customer service. The on-line inventory management could have been better, but I have seen this ...

I got a great deal on this backpack. It was shipped the next day (free shipping) and arrived four days later. Product was as ordered. I didn't have to deal with customer support so can't make a comment there, but everything else went well.

I was interested in seeing the expiration date for the item I purchased, but it wasn't available online. When I received my product, it was dated for 9/2010, so I'm good. I still would prefer to see the date displayed.

I am a international customer, the delivery is faster than what I expect. And the products are nice. I will recommend this shop to others who do not live in the US and want to buy excellent and latest gears. But I wish detourgearzone.com will not double check me in my next order. :)
