Generally a very good merchant with good prices and fast reasonably priced shipping. Communication by customer service was a little incomplete and by email only (I had placed 2 of an item in my cart by error and needed a refund on 1 before it shipped), but in the end the refund was applied and the correct number of units shipped so I cant really fault them (it would just have been less stressful if it had be confirmed before I received the package).

I ordered a white Badger crib for my daughter on December 14th, 2007. It was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days due to holiday shipping traffic. It is now January 17, 2008 and this crib has still not arrived. I have called and emailed several times only to be emailed back that they were waiting for the manufactuer to get back to them. None of my phone calls were returned. Each call was sent to vocemail. I found the idea of free shipping hard to resist but please USE CAUTION WHEN ORDERING---ITEM NOT ...

I have not received my merchandise and no response to what has happened and cant check it online. This is terrible. I have ordered from 15 merchants online this Christmas and this is the only one I had a problem with.

I received the wrong item. However, when I asked about it, I was given a refund and was told that the replacement will be shipped too! Cant beat that (unless the item I wanted arrives AFTER Christmas!).

I was so happy finally to find a company to buy my Childs Christmas present from. There seems to be many shady sellers our there who will take your money and deliver little. At Simplykidstoys.com my experience was both smooth and secure. I got prompt email notifications all the way through from the order confirmation to delivery tracking number. Before I purchased I had the opportunity to speak with Teresa who runs there customer service, shes a Southern gal, and the nicest person you could hope ...

I placed my order on October 26, 2007. I have not received it yet. It was very difficult to reach them to get an answer as to why my shipment did not ship. I placed an order with another company that same day and received my shipment last week. Very disappointing.
