I made my order on October 31. It\'s November 17th already and i have no idea where my parcel is and wheather i\'m gonna ever get it. =( the tracking number Ami provided could not be recognized by USPS. emailing them did nothing. After I called them, they promissed to fix the things and eventually USPS site displayed that the parcel was sent out, but it can\'t be tracked. so my international order is nobody knows where. I\'m glad to see that they have business enough to sell a lot of things, good for them, but I bought a pair of boots that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size and couldn\'t do that because they were out of stock. I know it\'s not their fault, but darn it anyway. Also, another shoe I ordered appears to be on backorder (aka I didn\'t get it in my shipment and didn\'t hear anything about the item; it wasn\'t specified as being on backorder on the shipping sheet). I ordered a halloween costume from this site about a week before the 30th and spent a lot of money on overnight shipping so that I would get it on time. Not only did it not show up, but I had to email them twice and call them to get my money back. They claimed that they emailed me the day before halloween to let me know that the item was no longer in stock and credited my account. The prices are great! The merchandise is perfect and i have sent several girls the website. They love my new stuff. The only price i didn\'t like was the $11.00 shipping. Thats not always fun. More coupons would be great too! Many many more purchases will be made with this site either way! Just more customer satisfaction!
