I liked the customer service a lot. They fixed the problem quickly and nicely without frustration. However the shipping had a little problem. It didn\'t come on time because of some weird reason but it still came fast enough for me to say it was all right. Everything else was pretty much perfect. They had everything I wanted in stock, good customer service, good price, and nothing that I didn\'t like. I mean if it wasn\'t for the delivery, I would\'ve graded everything a 5.

Everything was easy and quick. The only thing that could have been better would be for them not to charge a handling fee. Shiping was free but had a handling fee, which others that have free shipping does not charge and call it something else, i.e. handling fee! Hopefully this is helpful!

Company delivered what was promised in a timely manner. I was a little confused about when they shipped, but as I was calling in to confirm it was shipped the item arrived at my door. Great company to deal with.

I placed my order on a Friday and received it on the following wednesday. Seems a little slow since I only live 30 minutes from the warehouse. I think they have good prices but the customer service was also a bit slow. I would buy from them again but not if I need the equipment in a timely manner.
