It was received defective (uneven weight distribution before we ever slept on it) and we've been trying to return it for a month. They will not refund the money even through their defective policy says they will. Well, I take that back, they will refund 50% of the purchase (with 50% restock fee)! Outrageous! It got postponed to end of August, then mid September, then end of September, and now mid October. The most annoying thing though is how their service system is built against you. After trying to cancel my order 3 times, yes 3 times, on all occurences they refused because they their system indicates the item has been shipped. But there's no tracking number in sight. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful I strongly suggest avoiding this company. The customer service is lousy and the overall experience has been terrible. I ordered a media chest in mid August and have been given 3 different shipping dates, and only after I inquired each time about the status of the order. Each time I was told the item is "ready to ship" but they were having difficulty with the shipper. I hardly think so. So I am still waiting and considering trying to cancel. Beware.

Ordered a media stand from them the end of last Nov., and did not receive it until the middle of Jan. The box was damaged, and the stand had obviously been sold previously as the box had been cut open with a boxcutter and taped shut. All the hardware to put it together with was missing, and two of the panels were heavily damaged. After I gave them all of the details, model numbers, prices, shipping costs, and even the web site of the lower priced vendor, they disappeared....No response, wouldn't return my E-mails, etc. Not really a company do do business with.

Their return policy states 100% No Hassle Returns and this is true, BUT, they will keep a large portion of your money for return shipping fees. Would not buy from them again!!

I ordered a stroller for a baby shower and they never notified me until the day that it was suppose to be delivered that they were out of stock. I even called 4 days before to ensure it was shipped and they confirmed it. Then when I called to cancel my order they had a "too bad" attitude and refused to let me talk to a manager. I would never shop here again, given that other sites treat you like a person. Please spread the word.
