The furniture is of excellent quality. This kind of quality you don't see these days. The furniture arrived in perfect shape. It was obvious that the delivery people took extra care with it. I have recommended this merchant to other people. I would definitely order furniture again from them.

Quality of merchandise was as promised. Delivery time was shorter than expected. The only negative point was the cost of shipping. Merchandise was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. Overall a positive experience.

althought the quartern sawn white oak has some modest figure I was anticapiting more. Im not sure if this was realistic or not..... I would have gladly paid more for a piece of furniture with a higher grade of figure in the wood. Over all the piece is well made and void of machine marks. This business goes to amazing lenghts to satisfy buyers. The craftsmanship and wood finish of the piece I ordered was excellent. And when I was confused and chose the wrong color fabric for my seat--and I did not have the funds for the replacement--Patty spent time trying to obtain it for me... for free! The only thing that can be said for service like that in this day and age is, INCREDIBLE! And when the bottom line allows, there will only be one place to order my next piece of furniture. ...
