Bargainstation.com was great. I purchased a gps from them because they had the absolute lowest price on the web. I was a little leery at first, but they definitely proved their worth. Great price, great shipping, great experience. thanks. JK

1 out of 1 people found this review helpful They said the shipping is free for my item, then you have to register somewhere and go thru a hassle to really get it free. The free shipping is misleading. You check out and give your credit card and then you find out the shipping is not free.

It was only after I contacted the merchant that I learned the item was out of stock and would ship later. I understood that the item would be delivered to me in 3-5 days, it didn't ship until 7 days after purchase. I understand that sometimes an item may be out of stock and delivery could be delayed. It's my point that ...

Because I was having the item sent to a different address than the billing address, they immediately called to make sure that it was, indeed, me who was making the purchase. I guess it should be clearly stated if items are not in stock - before order is placed. Either do shipping for free, or reduced rate, but please - don't force customers to pay expedited shipping. I couldn't even select low cost shipping option for items I was purchasing.
