I ordered three items about a month ago. It took forever to get shipping information from them. I am still missing some items as well. I have left many messages and sent numerous emails, but they do not respond at all. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere!!

It took about a month for my item to arrive, when I expected it within the week. Prices are low, but customer service never responds (it\\'s as though they permanently put on the message "assisting other customers"). Customer service does not respond via email either. I thought I was never going to get my item, until one day I happened to check the status and saw that my order has finally processed. FedEx took care of the rest quickly.

I ordered a cream concealer from this merchant on 1/9/09 and received an order confirmation. When it hadn\\'t arrived in 2 weeks I called their customer service center and left a message. When there was no return call I emailed for information. A return email told me to expect tracking information that day. I never received that. A subsequent 4 emails went unanswered. Today the package arrived and it is the wrong merchandise. It is concealer, but in a stick form. It even has a different ...

I ordered 6 items on March 16, 2008. My credit card was billed right away. I had not received my order or had any communications with Beauty-Mart, so on April 1, 2008 I send an email to customer service, heard nothing, 2nd email to customer service April 6, heard nothing. April 7th I called a left a message on the voice mail customer service. No call back. Later in the day April 7th I received an email that my order had been shipped.
