I have been trying for several days to e-mail Always free shipping snd hsve been unable to get a messasge through. Yesterday morning I phoned and got only a busy signal - for forty-five minutes. Here is my question: I was told when I tried to place an order for a back rest, that UPS would not deliver to a postal box. So I wrote the order up to be delivered by USPS. It was not delivered. This was about two weeks ago. Can AFS check to see whether that order was placed? or shipped? Is ...

This is the best product I have ever used on my hardwood floors. I get many compliments about my floors from visitors and family. My floors are shiny and look new, even though we have lived in this house for 43 years. I will continue to use this product as long as I can get it. I ordered a refill mop head for the Smart Mop on Oct. 13 and here it is Nov. 8th--still no refill. I emailed twice and got no response. I called and talked with a very nice woman who promised to ship another one out to me. We shall see. I will not order from them again.

Item arrived with big holes in the box and one of the nuts that holds the piece together was missing. I later found it loose in the box and was able to put the stand back together. A little reinforcing of the box would have made it arrive in much better condition. Love the item, would recommend to friends.

To date I have not received the purchase so it\'s difficult to review. The e-mail sent to me to confirm was fast and informative; however, when I tried to check the tracking system I found there was no system in place. I called their customer service and was informed they shipped it via the postal service and therefore there is no tracking system. I\'m used to shopping with Amazon and getting everything soooooo fast! Hoping that I receive the shipment and can update this review.
