Over all I was happy with my purchase. Price was higher then other websites but had more of what I wanted in stock. Shipping time was great.

Email communication was very poor. I send 2 times an email asking when my product will be shipped and i received no answer.

I am very happy with the price, products and service. A representative called me before I had time to contact them, in order to clear up a shipping question. I was impressed. The Willow Tree collection had more pieces for a cheaper price than Amazon. I have already recommended this vendor to friends and family.
