Although the Nomad twin beds I bought were easy to put together and look good, I had a problem assembling the bedside table. It was missing the holes in the top to attach the legs. Since I had already bolted it together up to this point, I had to find someone with a drill to help me finish the job. The vendor definitely needs to correct this.

I am ashamed that I have waited so long to write this review, because it is so unusual these days to receive such excellent customer service and quality products together! I ordered the Dorm Lounger Futon for my teenage Granddaughter last Christmas. It has turned out to be the most wonderful piece of furniture...very nice looking and sturdy ...(has to be with teenagers wallowing all over it!) And it is such a hit with the kids! No one has seen one like this before, and I remember thinking ...

I placed an order with shop4futons for the wrong-sized mattress (entirely my fault)and contacted the company via e-mail. Their swift reply - cancellation of my initial order without problems - was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.(Some other companies like to take their time when it comes to dealing with things like that) I placed my new order and received the goods ahead of expected time. I am very happy with the futon, mattress and cover and impressed with shop4futons excellent ...

Bought a Wolf futon mattress in February; the manufacturer sent the wrong size. shop4futons went to bat for me with Wolf and got a replacement sent out to me with no hassle on my end. Price was excellent, too.
