We ordered a day bed and a couple days later we got an e-mail telling us to expect it to be delivered. A few days sooner than they said, we got a call from the freight company setting up a delivery. A couple hours before they were due, we got another call telling us that only three of the four boxes had arrived. The asked if it would be OK to delay delivery three days at which time they would have the whole order. They showed up right on the new schedule. The product was as described and was ...

home and bedroom did a great job. the shipping was sent to a company, who farmed it out to a smaller shipper called Fair Deal Delivery. Their service is not good. The product stayed in their warehouse for 10 days, until I phoned and asked them to deliver it. They didnt show up on the delivery day. When I called to ask why, they lied and said it was supposed to be a different day. Finally, they sent an older gentleman to deliver it alone. Yes, a bed, alone. And the frame was cracked in half ...

The daybed we ordered was delivered safely and well packed, in 10 days. There is good value for the price. Assembly went smoothly until the link springs. They were difficut for two people to assemble. We contacted customer service and did receive courteous help. Overall, a positive shoppping experience! Pat

Had to call the company initially to find out about the product. LM and was returned w/i a few hours. Good follow except for one call from them, but they thought the product was delivered. Well packaged, easy to follow instructions and exactly the product I wanted, at a very reasonable price. Would def. order from home-and-bedroom.com again.
