Love the clock I purchased. It is exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with how quickly I received my clock as well. The quality is excellent, and I love the chime. It is pleasant to listen to. I can only say that I am so glad I found your website after many nights of searching for clocks on the web. I am glad I waited until I found exactly what I wanted. I happened upon this site searching for a gift in a hurry. The ordering process was easy, I was thrilled with the free shipping, and the price was right. I did call to ask a question prior to placing my order and the service rep. was somewhat less than enthusiastic but he answered my question without hesitation. Overall, my ordering experience was fantastic and I believe we will be ordering our awards from this company in the future.

When I placed the order online, there was no information as to how long I could expect my clock. I had to call customer service to check on this. I've never placed an order where they don't give you a timeline as to when to expect your purchase. Also, the clock arrived in a box with no 'thank you for your purchase' or any customer satisfaction comments. Very cold.

I am a blind massage therapist and needed a way to keep track of time in a subtle manner. Ive placed the clock in the reception area and have the volume set so that I can just hear the quarter hour chime in my treatment room. My clients dont even notice it and I always know the time and when the session is finished. Oh, and the clock looks great, too.

Very easy to view the items I was looking for & an order one. Delivery was fairly quick and the product I recieved was in excellent condition and functioned as advertised.
