I took it to a Gucci store in Topanga, Ca and they said the handbag was fake, the handles were fake, material very cheap, piping was done poorly. I own several Gucci handbag and this bag that I purchase looks like you can get it at downtown LA. Please be warned, don't make the same mistake I did.

My friend have a Gucci bag bought from the Gucci shop in different color. This bag look almost 95% the same. Even I thought the same, but my friend find out it is a fake bag. I don\'t understand other people think is a Authentic bag ? I just return it.

Poor customer service, rude, unproffessional, and abrupt. Great managerial service. Store manager jumped right into the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. Items? Great authentic items and brand new. Overall an excellent online shopping site.

Purchased a gorgeous black Gucci bit handbag and couldn't be happier. Was a bit nervous to order such a high-end product over the internet but Handbag Bliss delivered an A+ item at a wonderful value in a timely, efficient fashion. Have received many compliments from family and friends on the new addition to my spring wardrobe. Absolutely plan to buy from this vendor again.

This is my second time I ordered from hangbag bliss and their customer service really need to improve. I left message and never heard back from them and no fellow up. Need to be more proactive and take care of your customers, if not then people will go somewhere else. Also, need to improve sending the right products according what the customer ordered. Please upgrade your website, it is very slow during browsing items. Hope you'll make some improvment and I would like to continue shopping ...

I bought 2 Gucci Handbags for my wife as a belated Christmas present. The deal was about 40% off the regular price. At first we were extremely cautious about the "Authenticity/Quality" of the bags or if they were second hand, used. I ordered a last minute gift. I was worried that it would not arrive on time. The shipment arrived as it was stated. I was very happy with the item. I would definately order again!
