The prices were less than any other on-line retailer, the shipping prices were exactly what the postage on the package was, and the items were exactly as described. The order shipped the day it was placed, and arrived in two days. Highly recommended! Will buy from again.

Very good service. General comment on everybody\'s (not this one only) shipping: It\'s too bad that a very small item has to be put into a large box to ship. Also, sometimes the shipping price exceeds that of the item.

When i placed the order i recieved a message that a delivery date would be sent after my credit card payment cleared. i never heard another word till i called and was told my order was on back order. i called again as i hadnt heard anything 4 weeks later when they were supposed to have recieved the merchandise to get a update. I was told they would check on the order and get back to me.I never heard a word. the good news the merchandise arrived late that same day. the bad news the customer ...

The hinges we ordered were the wrong ones, we have a coleman cooler and the hinges broke, they are a plastic material and we thought we ordered the right one, but since they were so in-expensive we decided not to send them back.....can you tell me where to find the right ones...it is blue and white.....older model...we did not see any other ones on line....Thanks for your help
