I didn't order much but what I ordered was well-priced and delivered quickly. I'd order from DrillSpot again. I didn't rate Customer Service because I didn't have to use it.

The web site at drillspot.com was easy to use. The price was $11 cheaper than locally and the delivery was two days earlier than I expected. I reordered 4 more.

Fast and efficient. I ordered a gas valve online Sunday night and received the item in the mail Tuesday. Very competitive pricing and a large inventory. I will certainly do more business with them in the future.

Customer service was excellent done via internet. The person was pleasant and answered all my questions. If she didn't know the answer she would ask someone else. Anyway because of this I ended up purchasing the product from this company.

The product I bought (an HVAC condensate pump) actually shipped from Grainger's, which I didn't know until the box was delivered. I would prefer to know who I am dealing with before the shipment arrives. No problems at all with the product, and it arrived early.
