We have purchased a Kohler toilet from this website and it was delivered to us broken in pieces. The website was stonewalling our requests to refund the money until a credit card investigation. Finally they gave us a credit for the toilet, but still never refunded 99 dollars for shipping charges. This is called stealing. The customer service representative Chris refused to put me on the phone with a manager and was actually rude.

They have good list of products however the customer service staff does not help. I had bought several thousand dollars worth of stuff but they could not figure out how they can give me the right discounts. If I had broken down the purchases in chunks. 2nd day delivery option took over a week when you to pay extra and they did not credit that back.

I have spent well over #3,000.00 with this website on plumbing fixtues. I have twice received damaged goods from them. After receiving the first damaged item, I allowed them to exchanage it for an item of equal or greater value. The second time I received a faucet, it was damaged beyond use. I decided I could not trust this site to send me a quality product and wanted to return it. The customer service representative informed that since I would not allow them to exchange yet another damaged ...

I ordered two faucets from eFaucets. The faucets that arrived did not match the picture or the technical specifications on their website. The design had changed so the faucet was different. I called customer service to return it and they charged me return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. I made numerous calls to customer service to get a 100% refund. They refused.

Incorrect product description on web site. Very long hold times for customer service. Customer service stated they would arrange return and ship correct product. This did not occur until yet another 25 minute phone call. Live chat was useless. Despite Efaucets multiple errors, they refused to expidite shipping on the item. I would avoid them and their sister companies (toohome.com, lightingcatalog.com) at all costs.
