I ordered a futon set from this merchant on Wednesday 11-18. By Thursday I had received prompt notice that the order had been processed, was shipping out and I would receive it Monday 11-23 (which was great, because I desperately needed to have it before Thanksgiving). On Friday I arrived home and the first part of the shipment (the futon cover) had already arrived via USPS Priority. Next Monday the rest of the shipment arrived via UPS as promised, and within two hours I had assembled and set ...

I had a question regarding the mattress and received a call back promptly. The information was helpful and I bought the upgraded mattress. The process was easy and efficient. The three items (frame; cover and mattress) arrived exactly as promised. This set was sent to my son at college and he is very happy with the purchase.

Free shipping-that was great especially considering how heavy my order was.I actually purchased 2 big orders because I had such an excellent experience with the first one that I went back to them for a second order. They also sent great directions on how to put the pieces together and the product (a bed & headboard) was solid, sturdy and exactly what they said it would be. Great experience doing business with them and I will continue to do so.
