Warning. I purchased an expensive item from this business, and they do not answer the phone. When I did get a gentleman on the phone, he answered "Bay Lighting." When I mentioned lightingzilla.com, he hung up on me. Seriously. I tried customer service 5x on Saturday without an answer (they are said to be open). I have tried 4x today (Monday), with one answer and hang-up. Be advised.

Lightingzilla had the best prices. I found a painting for 120 dollars less than local merchant. It shipped for free and took about 2 weeks. I would use them again.

This site has great prices, but beware of the shipping. on several items it states \"free shipping and handling\", but when you go to checkout, the shipping shows up (well, for me) at $19.99. I tried to contact them to see what was going on during their posted hours and was sent straight to voicemail. Their email contact screen doesn\'t let you tell them why you are emailing them, nor do they give you an email address. This is just a \"be careful\" statement since I spent a great deal of time ...

I ordered an Ivory Leviton 5,10,15,30 minute switch from lightingzilla.com on 7/20/07. It wasnt mailed until 8/1/07 and I received is finally on 8/7/07 and it was a white switch. They keep telling me they are going to ship me the Ivory one and they will pay for the return postage on the wrong one they sent but I have never received it as of 8/21/07. The manager says one day he is David and the next it is Daniel. The price was great but I will pay more to get good customer service!! Stay away ...

After waiting 2 weeks with no confirmation e-mail of our order, I was unable to access their website. We called our credit card company and was told the purchase never posted to our account, but that someone called to check if funds were available. We finally found the merchants customer service phone number through yahoos list of merchants, but found out that lightingzilla.com is a fake website. Because of this we have had to cancel our credit card and are very unhappy with this whole ...
