I will never use FTD again. Ever. Tell all your friends. Background: I am in the military, and I am away from home a lot as you can imagine. The weekend of this order was my anniversary. I had to go to duty through that period. Now, my wife has cancer... not asking for sympathy, just so you understand how mad this made me. Horrific experience!! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Nov 5th (what would have been my grandparent's anniversary) to my grandmother. I usually order direct through a florist and tell them what I want, but I chose to use a deal from work and order through FTD.com. This was a terrible mistake and one I won't make again because I just got a phone call from my grandmother on Nov 6 saying she had just gotten the flowers. Apparently, the FTD florist that was used by FTD.com called her ...

Flowers look very dry, not looking fresh and the arrangement doesn\'t look good at all. I would get these flowers from local store for less than 1/4 of the price. I would never buy flowers from FTD again

I absolutely agree with everyone here that this company should not be in business! My mom received a bouquet of DEAD roses!!! No vase, no water, just thrown together. All of the roses\' necks were broken, and squashed........and we live in AZ so the flowers had no chance without water. Customer service seemed indifferent to complaint. How unprofessional and stupid this company is!!! I will never never use this company again

Do not use this service!!!! Terrible company! The flowers I ordered were definatley NOT the same ones delivered. FTD delivered the most awful looking cheap dasies I have ever seen when I ordered roses! Also, thay charged some mysterious $14.99 service fee for sending the wrong flowers! DO NOT USE FTD!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD!!!! I wish I had researched FTD prior to ordering from them. I ordered a bouquet that was to have 10 lavender roses and 4 bunches of mini white roses in a light purple vase. I received a thrown together order of 5 slightly brown lavender roses with some other flower in a bright pink vase- the flowers were not put together well- and resembled a bouquet that sells for much less on their website. My mom was disappointed with her flowers and my sister said it looked like a poorly arranged 10.00 item and I paid 5 times that. I should have had my sister buy them from local retailer. Already called customer service but I was past the 7 day period. Of course, my mom did not say anything and I just heard from my sister.

Flowers were ordered as a \"same day\" delivery\", but the flowers never showed up on that day. I called to complain and was told that they would call me back once they knew the status. I never received a call back. I went online to cancel the order. It has been two days, and still I have never heard an explanation or apology. Then, the charge showed up on my credit card. I have issued a dispute to have the charge removed.

I used FTD.com for the first time to purchase a bouquet for a friend graduating law school. I purchased the flowers on a Friday to be delivered on a Saturday, next day delivery was available on the particular arrangement I choose. So, I paid $130, recieved a confirm but graduation has come and gone, it is now Tuesday and not a word from FTD.com. Their website promised delivery on Mother\'s day, or at worst, the next day. As my mother had not received her flowers at 8 p.m., I emailed the company, but they did not respond until 2 days later - leaving a message on my answering machine, saying that they could not find a flower shop to deliver the flowers, and they might be delivered that day or maybe the next day.
