Hello, I felt it necesarry to inform other buyers of my experience with rollerhockeymonkey.com. While my ratings may be a little scathing they are accurate based upon the service i received. On July 1st I ordered two hockey sticks. I received a confirmation email containing my order summary. I have have the following problems with my purchasing experience: 1) Archaic webpage design/organization and database information. Limited to forced categories. The \"in stock\" indicator does not mean it is in stock. I have been called by Reps from the site 3 days after the purchase stating the product is no longer available. 2) Horribly slow to process and ship order. I ordered 16 rollerblade wheels not knowing about the bearing system so i ordered a "set of 16" bearing pack. when they arrived i needed 32 bearings for both sets of wheels and now I am stuck with no bearings and I will need to shop elsewhere due to costs for shipping international. I feel someone should have contacted me as to why I ordered only enough bearings for one set of wheels
