We were very pleasantly suprised by our experience with buying a cribs for our \\'new arrival". Without knowing anything about baby furniture as this is our first child, we first looked through the very informative guides that simplybabyfurniture offer which provided us with a list of options to decide upon. We ultimately called customer service who took our questions and gave us very objective advice and opinions and ultimately left us with a refined list of cribs to decide from. So impressed ...

customer service was not helpful at all, paid for a piece of furniture that had a damaged drawer at time of arrival.Contacted Customer service on first day which was a huge pain and was then sent the incorrect drawer in an unacceptable time,re contact customer service and was told another was ordered.Waited 3 weeks with no response and contacted customer service again and was told my order was being investigated and not even shipped!!!! All while this is happening i have to explain to everyone ...

I did not receive my complete order. I ordered 2 baby gate extentions but only received one. The one that I did receive was the wrong one...wrong color and wrong fit. I have sent 2 emails regarding this matter and have yet to receive a response.

Even though i found out a week after i ordered my crib and dresser that the crib was on backorder. They contacted me and let me know when it would be back in stock, and also gave me the option of cancelling my order if i was unaware of the backorder before i ordered. I appreciate SimpyBabyFurniture.com's customer service for getting back to me and processing my order in a timely manor and also giving me a full refund on the crib that i ended up cancelling. I'll I ask for is great customer ...

The website said the item normally shipped within two weeks and I just heard back from someone stating that it would be 11 weeks before my items ships.

The furniture is beautiful, but getting it together is a different story. The instructions were not very helpful.

I ordered a baby high chair which was listed at a good price. Shipping was reasonable. I received an email about a week later stating that the high chair was on back order. I would not have ordered if the company stated it was on back order. Most suppliers will state this in their internet site. I would have appreciated the information. I will not order from this company again. I have still not received the high chair several weeks after it was ordered.

I had some confusion regarding the way their shipping confirmation email was laid out. Their customer service rep got back to me promtly when I had left a message and cleared things up for me right away. She also went out of her way to contact the manufacture to confirm shipping dates. She was very nice and polite. Great to talk to.

The color of the wood was much redder than it appeared in the picture. There was a peice of wood that was splintered and had to glue together. Overall, it was pretty good quality furniture for the price. It is nice enough to keep for many years, but if we decide to change it, won't feel too guilty about it down the road.
