I ordered four small bottles (8 oz ea) of product. Customer service called to advise me it would be a short wait for more inventory or they could substitute two large bottles (16 oz ea) and actually save me a few bucks! I am happy! Dale

Had not received product so called customer service. Stacey was very friendly and helpful, but I also learned my order would still not be shipped until the next day. 4 days to ship product.

First time purchaser here - NOW A FAITHFUL CLIENT FOR LIFE! I\'d done some research online, and found that AllVitaminsPlus.com had the items I wanted cheaper than I could even buy them directly from the supplier. I received the product -Vitabath- and when I opened it I could not get the pump to work I tried and tried, it was defective. I\'ve been using this product for 30 years, I know when something is defective. I hope I can get a new pump. Lucky I still had another bottle so I changed the pump. This was my first time ordering on-line. It\'s frustrating.

I paid the additional money for the 2nd day shipping thinking I would get it faster but it still took almost 2 WEEKS for me to get it. I got NO response to my inquiries. I got a basic \"Your item will be shipped sometime this week\" email but nothing further. Not worth the extra cost.

Took the money but never delivered the items. Several weeks later, emailed the customer service and no reply. Will never do business with. Now Im going to try to get a refund.
