Nothing but problems for me. Ordering the items was fairly easy and both items, NFL Youth Uniform Sets by Franklin, were said to be in stock. Never received my full order which was supposed to be sent in 1 box. Order was supposed to be sent out on Dec. 26th to be received before I went to my family Christmas on Dec. 30th. Package actually sent Dec. 29th, not received until this week, and was only half of the order. Ever try to explain to an 8 year old boy why his 5 year old brother got a ...

"I placed an order on dec. 7th and still as of Dec. 22nd have not received it. I contacted customer service twice and have yet to be told when it will actually be sent out. The first time I called, they said they would look into it and get back to me. The second time I called they said there was no record of my first call and they would have a supervisor get back to me. So far, no one has "gotten back " to me, and I still don't have the item I ordered! Horrible!!"

We ordered a football helmet and jersey and never received them. Fortunately, we were able to get through to customer service a week later and found out that it was out of stock and our credit card was not billed, but that would have been nice to know when we ordered it so we could have ordered it somewhere else in time for Christmas.
