Great store to deal with. Have visited there in person too. Owned and operated by the man who is responsible for the running boom in America (Bill Rodgers), and who is also one of the most humble and nice people you could ever meet. The poster I ordered arrived in good condition and I will be having Mr. Rodgers sign it for me when I meet him again at the Pittsburgh marathon this weekend. John, 3:31:40

I have a difficult time with this rating since I believe most of my problem was just a lack of communication on their part. They clearly stated "Preorder Boston Marathon Merchandise" when I made the purchase, but I made a subsequent purchase from another vendor 2 weeks later and recieved my order immediately, including one identical item I had ordered from Bill Rogers Running Center. I emailed their customer service email to find out if they had received their merchandise for sale and/or when ...
