The ink I ordered from 4inkjets was shipped for free because the order was over $50, and was delivered within 3-4 days after I ordered it. Haven't had any problems with the ink or delivery, so I can't really speak to their customer service.

4InkJets is the worst online store I have ever come across. My order never arrived yet tracking shows it was delivered (I never received the product and it's been weeks). After first contacting 4InkJets by email they replied and told me to call customer service. I call customer service and they refuse to refund me or resend my order. The customer service rep yelled at me and put me on hold mid sentence...and assured me that they did not care about their service or returning customers. He told me ...

I ordered a toner cartridge from this company. It was shipped to my company in a week; however, it was the wrong cartidge. When I called to tell them they were very rude and they promised me a new one in another week and would not overnight "because it cost to much money" eventhough they made the mistake. That came from a supervisor. I returned the cartridge and went to Staples were it costs only a few dollars more but had the product the next day.
