I have ordered from iherb for over a year and have good service, generally good pricing, etc. Also get free shipping over a certain amount. Generally no complaints.

I agree that iherb.com is not like "used to be". Their customer service is terrible. They don't respond at all, They don't apologize at all. What is wrong with them ???? I used to love them but they are not trustworty now.

Attempts (5) to contact customer support get useless generic information that answers nothing and promises everything. Things like 'we're working night and day to get your order out' and 'it takes a long time for international deliveries' - yeah, it sure does when you don't even send them out! I even tried Iherb on Twitter, but got the same old reply - not to mention the fact that my tweets were ...

I don't place an order unless I need what I'm ordering. What good is two day shipping when iHerb won't give me an estimated ship time? iHerb's service has gotten worse and worse and worse. Their website offers live chat except they no longer have live chat. I used to go to iHerb's site first. Now I will avoid iHerb. There is no customer service to speak of. ...

All they can do is to give standardised replies and never helpful in arranging for another delivery when the parcel failed to reach in time. Refund takes 7-10 business days and we were told to place a new order instead of having the order re-shipped to us!

When it arrived in the UK the postage and tax came to very high amount, tax on it\\'s own would not be possible to come to this amount. It looked like it was sent underpaid postage. I have never received the parcel and would like to get a refund. Endless emails to iHerrb and what I get is auto reply, that they are busy. Very bad service. Now I need to make a claim to my credit card company to have my money refunded. Would not recommend iHerb to anyone.
