Website easy to navigate to find what I wanted. Price of the item I purchased was as anticipated, however, I thought shipping was a bit steep at 115% of the cost of the item. I commented on this during the purchase and received no response.

delivery was very slow received e-mail with tracking # but them received another e-mail with a rescheduled tracking # that was the same as the first one. Packing was great Items are great and I would definately order from this merchant again

Excellent customer service! I spoke and emailed these people three times with different questions and each time their response was almost immediate. They went the extra mile to help me. Packing was excellent (fragile ceramics) and the items are exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend them.

They had a ceramic bathroom piece that I could not find anywhere else at a very reasonable price. It arrived a few days later very well packed and in perfect condition. This is the way online shopping should be. Very satisfied. Thank you!
