Absolutely fast shipping!!! I ordered it one day and got it the next and it was during the holidays!!!! Great packing and shipping. Webite had a lot more options than any other website. Althought the prive was rather high, I would most definately order from them again. Awesome serice and the product was excellent!!!!

I called twice with questions. The two individuals I spoke with, one the owner, were friendly, patient, and helpful. I got some great advice as to what would best suit my needs. I followed that advice, placed the order, and am exceedingly happy with the result. By the way, the web site is easy to navigate and the average person would have no need to call the company. Also, I checked around. Their prices are great.

I did order keys for my machines and got the wrong ones, which was my own fault. I went by a picture that did look like my machine because I could not find the exact one, as mine. My machine has flat keys and the ones I ordered were the round cylindrical type. I will not try and reorder because shipping costs as much as the keys do. Thank you very much.
