VERY Disappointed with this company. Placed order Jan 16th did not receive by Jan 25th sent them an e-mail on Jan25th asking how package was shipped UPS or USPS it was not clear how it was to be shipped, got a response asking me to give it another day. Well, I thought maybe they shipped late give them 2 days. Wrote back explaining to them I did not get the package something must be wrong. No one answered me so by Friday I wrote and told them if they did not want to respond I would have to take ...

I thought that these prices on Cricut products had to be too good to be true!!! But they weren\'t. The products arrived very quickly and in perfect new condition. I won\'t even bother looking anywhere else for my next Cricut purchase!

The Day after Christmas I found myself looking for two particular Cricut cartridges my wife didn\'t get for Christmas. And of course, I wanted the lowest price and fastet, cheapest shipping possible... This store (crazyscraps.com) had both items in stock at less than half the MSRP/brick-and-mortar store price. They offered plenty of shipping options and ontop of all I was able to use a coupon for an additional discount. I placed the order the Day after Christmas, it shipped three days ...

I had requested to let me know if the items were going to arrive past Christmas so I could get the items overnight instead of 3 day. I never heard that they would be late or anything...my items arrived 11 days later. I was very disappointed since they were a for my daughter on Christmas. I would try this store again as long as I am not in a hurry for delivery or if I do not need custoner service.

Be careful with shipping and shipping charges. USPS charges differ from UPS.

I am always nervous about ordering from a company that I had never heard of before. I took a chance because of the excellent price on the Cricut Expression Starter pack. I couldn\'t be more pleased with this company. I was told every step of the way what was going on with my order. Shipping was unbelievably fast. I think it only took 4-5 days from the time I ordered online to having the package at my door. This is a good company to do business with and I have already ordered from them ...

I was disappointed with this company. They did not expedite my order like other online companies do. Also they did not communicate any delay. I placed this order on 8/01 and have yet to receive it. It is shipped but only after I emailed the company to get an order status. I would not order again from this company.
