Excellent work getting the swords to me, but when I expressed a concern about one of them, I was shrugged completely off. Customer service is very important, hence the reason that I give an overall rating of Poor. Due to the poor post-purchase customer service, I will NEVER use sword company again.

Excellent site to buy all types of equipment. each item i bought came exactly if not better then the way it was described. great prices. easy for a young person to buy items and feel safe since they accept pay pal. everything was was there and counted for. i live in canada ontario and it took about 10 days to reach me which was great. this was my 1st time buying online so i was afraid that the sharp swords would not be allowed into canada but they were, they went through customs under the title ...

I bought the wolverine X-claws. The whole purchasing/delivery process was great, but the product is pretty junky when you actually put it in your hand. I don't know if I would expect much better for the cheap price though - it's the same thing everyone is selling, for a better price. Overall I would rate the company very good.
