I've always had all around great service with skincare RX. However, I wish they offered a choice of free samples, as other websites do. I occasionally receive free samples from them, but wish that I was had the opportunity to choose which ones I receive. Thanks.

The whole purpose for ordering online is so that I don\\'t have to waste time talking to salespeople. I know what I want and when I want it. What I find infuriating is that in order to purchase certain products, I have to call in to talk to a "consultant" before I can purchase it. I buy very few products from this website because of that practice.
