I havent used the fruit press yet it is a Christmas present After ordering the press I found out that I will also need bags. So the next day I called and ordered the bags and had them shipped with the press saving me freight cost. Dan or D.G. was very helpful. Thanks

I purchased a food dehydrator from Homestead Harvest. After shopping around I found their price among the lowest. The shipping cost was half of some of their competitors. I was notified when the product was shipped and received my order promptly. I will shop with them again.

I ordered popcorn popper, one of two stainless steel ones they sell. The wrong one was deliveered. I called. I received phone call and e-mails from CEO apologizing for mixup. They sent me the correct popper and had UPS pick up wrong one at no expense to me. Shipping was quick. I received within two days (both the wrong one and then the correct one). I will definitely do business with these people again. Everyone makes mistakes. They corrected theirs immediately with apologies from the CEO. A ...

I dont recall that I approved buying two dehydrators in two separate transactions. I think I went to the final part of the ordering process only once, and ordered only one dehydrator. I received two. I called and have received a courteous and helpful response. UPS, in its good time, perhaps by the 30th of June, is supposed to come by and pick up the second package, which remains unopened. Id have been happier to drive it to UPSs local operation in suburban Shrewsbury, Mass. and get it off the ...
