Instructions are not user friendly, so item isn\'t easy to get working. International delivery option was limited and extremely expensive, and arrived soon enough but not as quick as promised for the very high cost, anyway. I still don\'t have it working and will try asking the company for help by email if I can\'t sort out the instructions. I\'m guessing it should be simple, once it\'s done right - the product seems to be of good quality.

I never take time to review merchants, but I had to this time, because my receipt of this item was like something from a commercial. I ordered it online late one night, and the next morning I woke up, assumed the same position at the computer as the night before, and the UPS man rang the doorbell. Turnaround was a matter of hours, even though I chose a low-priced shipping option.

Nice job with an order. Had the product, and when I needed rush service they took care of it with return phone calls to confirm.
