B&H has always been a great company to buy from. VERY reputable. Have not ever done bait and switch like some where they advertise a lower price and claim that it is not available. Also, some sellers use misleading terms for grey market items and B&H is very up front. Very quick shipping and items usually go out same day if ordered in the morning.

First time purchase from B&H. Best price on the internet for Samsung 52" LCD TV, easy site to navigate. Great experience with no followup phone calls to sell add-ons or upgrade shipping options. Delivery was as promised, driver assisted me with inspection of item before accepting delivery. Would use them again and would certainly recommend them based on my experience.

Usually the best price comes with slow shipping time or bad customer service, but B&H was excellent in all facets. My item was shipped the same day that I ordered it, and email communication was great! I was pleasantly surprised. I will definately use them again.
