We ordered an item on 10/12/09 and it did not ship until 10/29/09 being and finally beind schd to deliver 11/3/09. We would not have ordered this item from this company had we known that they were out of stock. There was no mention of backorder!!! NO mention of the delay in shipping. We just received a shipping number and watched it sit there as "billing information received". After two weeks, I called and was told it was on backorder. I was given no apology & no offer of refund. Recently purchased a 30" Storm Wind RC boat. Beautiful boat indeed. But it does not function as advertised. The trim buttoms on the control dont work. The boat only goes fast, no slow or inbetween. Battery only lasts under 4 minutes. The cooling tubes dont work and motor gets really hot. Overall I would not purchase it again. Needless to say it will cost me more to ship it back to them also and they dont credit this back to you. Got stuck with junk. I would not buy from them again.

Wonderful! Fast, easy, no fuse, no trouble, product was exactly what I wanted and they said it was. The RC boat is fast, fast, fast. Completely happy. Bravo. This is the way a business should be run.

30-days have passed since ordering The Snow Leopard RC Tank and pellets. My credit card was charged the full amount 28-days ago. Still no order confirmation. Merchant\'s phone if off-hook. No response to email inquiry on order status.

I purchased the product for my grandson. It was a remote control boat. When he went to use it, after a few minutes in the water, it would rev up and then would not accelate. I am in the process of trying to return this item. I e-mailed the company and they answered me back with a promise that someone would call me in 2 days. It hasn\'t happened. I received an e-mail yesterday, almost a week after I first contactd them for me to call them. I am not happy with return policy

Made double oredr for two grandsons having birthdays. Items arrived and where sent on to the celebrants. All was fine and all were happy.
