The online chat used for customer support is quite good -- you can actually talk with engineers that know the engineering. The NET485 module I ordered was well made, worked perfectly and was shipped promptly.

It was easy to get a knowledgeable person on the phone to answer questions, yet the price is what you\\'d expect from something on E-bay from China. Ships on time with no problems. A++

I ordered 2 Xports that were said to be in stock, but when I checked on them because they hadnt shown up I was told it was going to be one to two weeks to program the modules... and Im still waiting two weeks later. I have to say this is a little frustrating. I have deadlines Im committed to maintaining and I had scheduled my time around delivery of these parts. Having the parts in stock is somewhat different than having the parts ready to ship, and I think a distinction should be made. Rich ...

1 out of 1 people found this review helpful The product listing said Same Day shipping. One week after ordering, I called to check the status of my order. I was told that my order had not yet shipped. I would suggest that any merchant advertising same day shipping should contact the customer if there is going to be a delay in shipping the order. I would have cancelled my order and purchased the item from somewhere else if I knew it would not ship for a week!
