I ordered a GoGo Babyz Travelmate. The product itself was great but the customer service with "Happy Mothers" was horrible!!! When the Travelmate got to us it was in bad shape. The box was opened and ripped and the instructions and a few parts were missing. HappyMothers.com had a great price on a Britax I wanted and also had a coupon code for 10% off. I easily ordered the carseat, got the confirmation email and saw that my credit card was charged within a few hours. I hadn\'t been updated on the shipping status so called them after a few days. The wait time on the phone to speak with someone was pretty bad. BUYER BEWARE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I placed my order on 08/23 and my credit card was charged the same day. I emailed the following Tuesday just to see what the typical processing time is for orders and when they think the item might be shipped - because typically (legitimate) merchants do not charge your credit card until your order has dropped to ship . The customer service agent replied to say that it would be shipping from the manufacturer and that happymothers.com would contact the manufacturer. After two days I had not received a response by phone or email regarding my order so I called. The customer service agent this time tells me that my item would be shipping out that evening or the next day. No tracking information or confirmation email at this point. The next week I contact customer services again - "The item is shipping from the manufacturer, I will call them this afternoon and follow up with you after." I never received this "followup". The next day I got an email saying "Please contact happymothers.com Re: order#. . .". Before I have a chance to call I get another email "Please contact happymothers.com billing department. Please have your credit card information ready. Re: Order #. . ." I call the billing department (at this point we are 2 weeks past the date of the initial order) to find out there is not a problem with my credit card, actually the item I ordered is no longer available. I chose another color - this was Thursday 9/3. By Friday 9/4 my order status online showed "Shipping Today" - BUT no date was indicated. I called on Tuesday 9/8 and the customer service agent this time even says "I do not know anything about your order. If it says \'Shipping Today\' then it should be shipping either this evening or tomorrow". Well, I still didn\'t receive any tracking information and later that day I checked the status online again, now it says "Order Processed". I called again on Tuesday afternoon, 9/8, to cancel my order and spoke with someone claiming to be the customer service supervisor. She informs me that it is too late to cancel the order because it was "been upgraded and dropped to ship" and "She understands that I am becoming very impatient". Today, Thursday, 9/10, I still have not received any tracking information and the "customer service supervisor" still has no information on when the item might be shipping. So we\'re closing in on 3 weeks and my item has yet to be EVEN SHIPPED. Not to mention that no information was voluntarily provided to me regarding my order or order status - I had to call and email several times to get any information and get the ball rolling. ALSO, the new color I chose is on sale with other (more reputable) merchants AND happymothers.com is now offering a 10% discount which cannot be applied to "past" orders. You would think with all the hassle they would be upgrading my shipping to overnight for free and giving me the 10% discount - but no. . . Don\'t be fooled - pay shipping - pay more - go somewhere else and maybe you will actually receive your order. ...

The car seat arrived after 2 weeks, and the stroller was MIA. I called their customer service about that. After numerous attempts and numerous disconnects, I still have not received an update. I called around because in this market you really have to be a smart shopper. So I made some phone calls to see who is willing to give me the best deal and not skimp on service. And boy did I find the place!!!!!!
