I have purchased products from StrawberryNet.com for several years. It is hit and miss. Prices are very competitive, $30-$40 less for my particular brand, which is why I continue buying from them. I have received spoiled Carita products (my usual skin care brand.) three times. Twice they responded giving me return instructions, and after several emails, refunded the shipping. The return process took over a month. My latest purchase was on March 11, and arrived nearly two weeks later. It ...

Customer service is less than poor, very dissapointed about their strategy. I think they don\\'t want to sell products, they charge the money from you credit card and never send your products

I have heard nothing from these people. The tracking number says it came from Sweden! But that is all I know. Do not use them! Be warned!

Today, I still don't have a parcel in my mail box, after two weeks, kind of a worry. I email the company who reply by email that my address for my card doesn't match (which is wrong, except that I paid with my French card, so the adress was correct but not the country at the end, as I had no other choice than US on the form, I'm not responsible for a problem on forms). 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Strawberrynet were excellent, they delivered my items really fast and even refunded my customs duty (had to send them a copy of the receipt though). Nobody has ever refunded my import tax before, so kudos to Strawberrynet!! If they continue to do this then I will definitely support them all I can and make sure all my friends do too!
