The shipping costs from this site are totally unacceptable. I ordered three pillows and one light switch plate and was charged $30 in standard shipping costs. I was only willing to pay this ridiculous shipping charge because they stated they had very fast shipping. Well, I place the order on 3/6 and the site stated 5 to 7 days to receive. Although the products were great and the prices were right, i just cant believe how long it took me to get my merchandise. i ordered my boyfriend shirts off your website 9 days before his birthday hoping that it would be close to enough time to have them delivered, but apparently it wasn\\'t enough advance. i received 2 items a few weeks later but one i still have one left to get (although when i ordered it said the size and style were in stock). i am very displeased with the service and i ...

Very mad and angry that my wife bought an Atlanta Falcons through this company she didn\\'t know my size they told her shipping was on them if the jersey was the wrong size. When I called them, cause i wanted a smaller size, they said i must pay for the exchange. In all this a $79 dollar transaction will end up being $100 i could have gotten a personalized jersey for that price from nflshop. Fansedge is garbage!!

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Very poor customer service. I was shipped the wrong item, when I contacted customer service I was told the correct item was shipped. When I did not receive my item and contacted them once again, I was told my order was canceled! Very poor contact system, they do not respond to e-mail, and very long hold times (1 hour hold time for me). Beware!

2 out of 3 people found this review helpful This is my second order from Fans Edge and both times they claimed they had stock and both times they backordered the item. They are enticing you to order then cannot deliver the item to you. Do not waste your time in ordering as you will never recieve the order. Bad merchant, I recommend that Yahoo take them off of their site.

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful After 10 days of not receiving my order I emailed them asking where my order was. That was when they decided to tell me the item was on back order and would not be available for 2 months. I will never shop with them again!!!!
