Overall I\'d say I\'m satisfied with the products and prices, however, with this order I had a poor experience with a member of their customer service team. I ordered a particular model of flashlight, my second of that model from them, and then requested information on how to order extra o-rings for my first light as I was running low. The CS person pretty much blew me off and made a snide remark. He never did tell me whether they had extra o-rings or where I could go to get them. Just one ...

First, they listed the product on their website as being available, when in fact it was on back-order. They admitted to overselling the product in email correspondence. When I asked for some compensation, such as expedited or free shipping, I was met with a lack of customer service and a general refusal to make the situation right. As of Nov 13 I have heard nothing from them, nor received the items Their shipping fees of $10 for a few LEDs that would fit in a tiny prepaid mailer box were also too high, but I figured the cheap price of the items and their availability would balance it out. This is not a good way to conduct business.

Excellent customer service. Carried a battery I found hard to find elsewhere (Li-ion with solder tabs). Unfortunately they were made in China. Chinese batteries are notoriously unreliable. At least they had something. We\'ll see how they hold up. Otherwise, very good company.
