I had a question and received help and good advice the same day with a call back. The advice helped me to improve the educational value of the purchase. No complaints with the merchant just the postal service, which delivered the package two blocks away despite correct adress and praise for the nice human being who walked it over to the adress on the package.

The site is very "clunky" and had quite a few glitches. When I would click on an item in my shopping cart, instead of going into the details of that item, it goes to the home page - that is not intuitive at all. Clearly, the site would benefit from a evaluation from a user experience expert. There is definite room for the site to be streamlined and improved. Given how mature e-commerce is now, this site feels much "older" than it needs to be. Shipping and price....excellent!!!!

Great product and service! We found a partial kit at a thrift store and ordered the missing parts online. A week later, my son was holed up in his room doing all of the 300+ experiments from the kit, which is now complete :)

Superb customer service! Wrong model number shipped initially. When notified, item was out of stock. They advised me to keep wrong item, and sent correct item via express mail. Definitely will do business with again!!!

This order was my first with C&S Sales. The salesperson was very helpful and he emailed me to make sure of the delivery details. Overall my opinion was a solid 5. I only dropped to 4 on the price because I have not shopped other outlets. Besides, price is not everything.
