They waited a full week to tell us this AND they billed our credit card at the exact same time the order was placed. So they instantly billed our credit card, held the money for a week, then sent an email saying the order was on hold because the address didn't match. After waiting one weeck I receive a Boing Transcend C160 which cost 39,00 dollars. I send and email to ask them how to return the plane or if they can give me a Credit for the diference and they still not responde. I call the phone listed in their page and they do not answer. Realy I have not saw nothing like that in my internet choping expirence. They realy are betty bad doing bussines or manteining they costumers. ...

I ordered from this merchant and still have not received my Items that I paid for. I made several attempts to contact this vendor about the order and shipment status on the items that were listed as in stock but have not been able to get through. I did ordered the same type of product from another company and received it VERY quickly and with out issue for the same price. I already had processed the transaction through yahoo. I finally cancelled the order after not hearing from them.
